Standards Testing Laboratories (STL) provides independent analysis for tires, wheels and related automotive composings Its four divisions provide the rubber and automotive industries with lab, static and physical testing; flotilla testing; test machines; specialized photographic and video services; and consulting services. STL designs and builds machinery to convenient testing requirements of its global customer base. The STL facilities and operations are ISO/IEC accredited and approved by means of the U.S. Department of Transportation and the National Highway Safety Administration.
